what size jet do i need to run a 100 dry shot

what size jet do i need to run a 100 dry shot on my LT-1? all my mods r in my sig, other then my tranny that is gettin build right now. i just need to put it on to beat a friend of mine it is not goin to stay on the car when im done and i have never run a dry shot before.

ok i have a NOS sniper kit it is for a carb set up but i dont have it on my carb car right now. and like i said im goin to run it dry just this 1 race. with just the 1 solenoid i think im goin to go with a 36 jet (cause i have 1) i think that is goin to be a 125 shot and ill be ok with that. I MUST WIN THIS RACE cause it is a shit talkin friend with a h/c 5.0. so if any 1 can put in a lil more info to back me up that would be great

I don't mean to sound skeptical. but "I must win this race" and "125 Dry shot" sounds like "you owe me a ten second car" and "danger to manifold"

If you're gonna do a nitrous setup to win a race make sure you can finish that race. Honestly tho man, just be careful, and dont just "strap" N2O to your car. Make sure you do it right. Doing it quick and Dirty is what give it its bad name. And on this note i leave...

Im pretty sure a 36 jet is not a 125 shot. either way though be careful if it is. you really shouldnt go over a 100 shot without taking out some timing. and 125 dry shot is way to much without putting more fuel through it with the shot..

I agree, a 125 dry shot is kind of pushing your fuel system a bit more than I would want to. Going to be running lean for sure.

Yah... A 36 jet wouldnt have been a 125 shot, if all jets are the same that is... I guess they number them by the size of the opening? I don't know. I had a Nitrous Works 100 wet shot on a 2001 mustang for a while and the nitrous jet was a 52, the fuel jet was a 37 or 38. Did he have anything to say after you handed him his ass??
