96 formula fuse

My tail lights stopped working this morning and i noticed the fuse was blown and every time i put in a new fuse it blows. Any one know why itsdoing that and how to fix it?

That could be caused by several reasons. But It is possible a bulb is shorted. I have seen that happen. Try removing them all and installing the fuse again.
