I came acorss there site and then looked up reviews about them. some people loved it. others din't. I have a 1998 z28 with a lid, exhaust,k&n filter and an electric cut out. I wanted to know If they did good work and what my gains might be with my little mods? They claim 10hp if the car is stock. I was kinda hoping more like 15hp.
I have a heavily modified lt1 and Bryan nailed my tune for the most part. He left it a little rich as a precautionary thing but I will dyno tune the motor with him and get it spot on.
I had them do a tune on my car after headers and cam. It was alright. The thing about mail order tunes (and its nothing they can do) is that they can't see if there is an issue. I later went for a dyno tune and found that my throttle was only opening about 80% of the way. That was just adjusting the cable. While there they noticed I was lean on the passenger side. Just a simple fuel filter change cured it, but I wouldn't have known about those issues with a mail order tune.
So my advice is to wait until you have more mods and then pay the extra for a dyno tune when it becomes worth it (when you have headers and a LS6 intake and you need codes tuned out too).
